i honestly don’t know who the man is right now, but he seems like a perfect candidate for a scapegoat. the weather outside is frightful….blowing, blinding, cold, wet, slick snow. again. some more. a big thank you has to go out to chelsea, however, because she wins the prize today. this is what it looks like outside……(look closely and you can see the frozen ice pellets of uncomfortness whizzing by)

every once and a while, it is nice to report complete and totall sucesses. guess what? today i have two that i’m gonna share with y’all. first, sophie finished her hat AND last night she made an excellent poinsetta pin to give it that extra bling that we all love.

doesn’t she look cute?then, after many hours of labour, toil, and teamwork, we have completed the pom pom tree! look at it…isn’t it awesome?

it kind of reminds me of charlie brown’s little tree…you know, ugly in a cute way. if i was capable of christmas spirit i would be glowing right now. big props to chelsea for enduring the pom pom pain.

you know how debbie has a knack for finding really, really, awesome bags? like the della Q and such, well, there are these three bags from rowan…..

and they are beautiful, i mean amazingly spectacular, and there will only be these three. debbie says that you better move it or lose it, ’cause she isn’t gonna order any more.

and then…..

we have the perfect solution to the gift giving season. gift certificates! think about it, people can give you exactly what you want without having to shop around. (plus it is a really painless buying process, really, assure your husbands/significant others) and you can easily take care of all of those crafty friends of yours in one trip. how is that for convenient? the best part? debbie got these nifty boxes so I DON’T HAVE TO MAKE ENVELOPES!!! the world is a blessed place….rock on, shannon
